2. Structural Fabrication
Fabrication and erection of industrial structures, pipe racks, platforms, walkways, support frames, and equipment foundations.
Capability to handle heavy and light structural steel work.
In-house design support and detailing using AutoCAD and Tekla.
Surface treatment: Sand blasting, painting, galvanizing, and epoxy coating.
Compliance with IS, ASTM, and AWS D1.1 standards.
3. Piping Fabrication & Erection
Complete piping system fabrication, routing, and installation for process and utility lines.
Skilled in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and alloy piping systems.
Fabrication and welding in accordance with ASME B31.1 / B31.3 standards.
NDT testing, radiography, hydro-testing, and system commissioning.
Pre-fabrication in workshop or onsite, as per client requirement.
4. Pressure Vessel Fabrication
Design, fabrication, and testing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and reactors.
Manufactured as per ASME Section VIII, Division 1 & 2 codes.
Detailed documentation, stage-wise inspection, and 3.2 material certification available.
In-house or onsite fabrication supported by qualified welding engineers and inspectors.
